Return Policy
Customer service is important to us, so we offer a return policy for SUPERB. We will accept return and replacement requests as long as they are made within three days of the date you received your original purchase. And we will repair any ripped part of the cover as long as you email us within seven days of the day you receive it. From there, we will do our best to address your return inquiries. Returns initiated eight days after the date of receipt will be strictly denied.
WE ACCEPT RETURN if the cover is too small that it is impossible to cover the car. A small allowance is unacceptable as the cover will loosen after a few uses.
WE ACCEPT RETURN if the cover is too big to reach the floor; a slight difference is not acceptable as we allow your car to breathe.
WE WILL DENY YOUR RETURN if the cover is already used, wet in the rain and if it has dirt.
How to Request a Return:
- To complete a return request, kindly email us at customercare.superb@gmail.com your order date, the reason for the return, and whether you are looking for a replacement or repair.
- Our returns department will review your return request and notify you whether or not your request has been approved or denied. If approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning or exchanging your purchase.
Once your request is accepted, we will wait for your cover, and our team will check if it meets the above criteria. We will send the item back to you if you have already used it and will no longer replace it.
